Fairfield Community Health Center (FCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center or FQHC.  FQHC’s are community-based and patient-directed organizations that serve everyone, especially populations with limited access to health care.

FCHC accepts most Insurance Plans, Medicaid, Medicare, CareSource and Molina.  FCHC also accepts self-pay on a sliding fee scale which is based on proof of income and family size.
