From Columbus via Route 33:
1. Travel east on Route 33 toward Lancaster.
2. Take the Lancaster Business Route exit.
3. Continue straight on 33, Memorial Drive to the junction of 33 and U.S. 22 (Main St.) Fairfield County Job & Family Services will be on your left.
4. Turn left onto Main St. Stay on Main Street, then Turn left at the Kroger Shopping center, just before Dairy Queen.
5. The Community Health Center is in the middle of the strip mall, between the Fairfield Medical Center business offices and the Fairfield Medical Center Diagnostic Center.

From South (Logan/Hocking County) via Route 33:
1. Travel west on State Route 33 toward Lancaster.
2. Take the Lancaster Business Route exit.
3. Continue straight through traffic light toward Lancaster.
4. Turn right onto Main St. (U.S. 22 east) in Lancaster (at CVS Pharmacy).
5.Stay on Main Street, then Turn left at the Kroger Shopping center, just before Dairy Queen.
6. The Community Health Center is in the middle of the strip mall, between the Fairfield Medical Center business offices and the Fairfield Medical Center Diagnostic Center.

From North via SR 158:
1. Travel south on SR 158 to Coonpath Road.
2. Turn left at four way stop onto Coonpath Road.
3. Continue straight on Coonpath Road through three four-way stops.
4. Turn right onto State Route 188.
5. Turn left at Ewing St. at the light. Go past the hospital.
6. Turn right onto Main St. at the light, then Turn right at the Kroger Shopping center, just after Dairy Queen (on the left).
7. The Community Health Center is in the middle of the strip mall, between the Fairfield Medical Center business offices and the Fairfield Medical Center Diagnostic Center.

From East via State Route 37 (from New Lexington)
or U.S. Route 22 (from Zanesville):
1. Travel west on 37 or 22 toward Lancaster.
2. U.S. routes 22 and State Route 37 join at the Lancaster City limits (East Main Street). Continue on Main Street toward town.
3.Stay on Main Street, then Turn right at the Kroger Shopping center, just after Dairy Queen (on the left).
4. The Community Health Center is in the middle of the strip mall, between the Fairfield Medical Center business offices and the Fairfield Medical Center Diagnostic Center.

From West via U.S. 22/SR 188:
1. Travel east on U.S. 22/SR 188 toward Lancaster. U.S. 22 and SR 188 will merge to form Lincoln Ave/East Main Street.
2. Continue on Lincoln/Main through downtown.
3. Stay on Main Street, then Turn left at the Kroger Shopping center, just before Dairy Queen (on the right)
4. The Community Health Center is in the middle of the strip mall, between the Fairfield Medical Center business offices and the Fairfield Medical Center Diagnostic Center.
