Fairfield Community Health Center serves over 6,000 individuals each year at more than 22,000 office visits. The three locations accept all major insurances, Medicare, all managed Medicaid providers and offers a Sliding Discount Fee Program, and no one is turned away for inability to pay. Along with insurance reimbursement, the health center operates in part on funding from Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA).
A great need exists ... Patients must wait for appointments based on space and provider accessibility, and more space is needed to meet this demand. Recently, the opportunity to expand services became a reality through the purchase of the former South Elementary School and many renovations will be necessary to transform classrooms into “care” rooms. It is exciting to know Fairfield Community Health Center will be better-equipped to meet the needs of more individuals.
You can help... by giving a monetary donation, you are enabling your friends, neighbors and family members to receive health care that otherwise they may not have been able to receive. Please consider giving today, to ensure the health and future well-being of our community.
